TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of www.ozshed.com, including all orders placed through the website.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order.

1. About OZSHED

OZSHED is operated by:

Beijing Qiqi Technology Co., Ltd.
Registered Address: No. 401 Miaocheng Road, Huairou District, Beijing, China
Website: www.ozshed.com
Customer Service Email: lucas@blokeden.com

In these terms, “OZSHED,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Beijing Qiqi Technology Co., Ltd., unless another seller is expressly identified during checkout, in the order confirmation, or on the invoice.

OZSHED is an official sales platform associated with the Bloke Den brand and primarily serves customers in Australia.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order.

Where you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Certain products may be unsuitable for children or may require adult supervision, specialist installation, professional knowledge, or compliance with local regulations.

3. Product Information

We take reasonable steps to present product descriptions, specifications, photographs, measurements, prices, stock information, and included items accurately.

However:

  • colors may appear differently on different screens;
  • dimensions and weights may be approximate;
  • packaging may change;
  • minor production variations may occur;
  • manufacturers may update specifications;
  • photographs may include props or accessories that are not included.

The product title, description, specifications, variation selected, and included-items statement shown on the product page determine what is included in the purchase.

If you require a specific feature, compatibility, certification, measurement, or included accessory, contact us before ordering.

4. Product Availability and Fulfilment

Products may be:

  • held in Australian stock;
  • dispatched from an Australian fulfilment location;
  • dispatched from China;
  • dispatched from a supplier or another designated warehouse;
  • restricted to certain delivery areas;
  • temporarily unavailable;
  • discontinued without notice.

A product being displayed on the website does not guarantee immediate availability.

Products labelled “Australia Stock” or “Ships from Australia” are normally dispatched from an Australian fulfilment location.

Products labelled “Global Direct Ship”, “International Stock”, or similar wording may be dispatched from China or another designated international location.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

We may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order where:

  • stock is unavailable;
  • payment is not authorized;
  • the product or price contains a material error;
  • the delivery address is incomplete or cannot be served;
  • the order appears fraudulent or unusually high risk;
  • the product cannot lawfully or safely be delivered;
  • the quantity suggests unauthorized resale;
  • fulfilment would breach sanctions, export controls, carrier rules, safety requirements, or applicable law.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.

6. Prices and Currency

Prices displayed on OZSHED may be shown in Australian dollars or another currency clearly identified on the website.

The currency displayed at checkout is the transaction currency.

Prices may change without notice. Price changes do not affect an order already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing, technical, or listing error and the law permits us to correct it.

Unless stated otherwise, international duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and destination-country charges are not included.

7. Payment

Orders must be paid using a payment method accepted at checkout.

Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

We may carry out reasonable payment, fraud-prevention, identity, address, sanctions, and transaction-security checks.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Orders containing multiple products may be split into separate parcels and may be dispatched from different locations.

9. Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after payment confirmation, stock allocation, processing, packing, customization, or dispatch has begun.

Where an order can no longer be cancelled, it may need to be handled under our Refund Policy.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Warranty and Consumer Guarantees

Unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page, eligible products include a 12-month commercial warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

This commercial warranty is additional to any statutory consumer rights.

Where applicable law provides a longer, broader, or otherwise more favorable guarantee, warranty, remedy, or protection, that mandatory local protection will apply.

For Australian consumers, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where an eligible product or component is repaired under an approved commercial warranty claim, the commercial warranty applying to the repaired product or repaired component will be extended by six months from the original commercial warranty expiry date.

The extension applies to the repaired product or affected component according to the scope of the repair. Any longer or more favorable period required by applicable law will take priority.

12. Product Use and Safety

You are responsible for:

  • reading and following instructions;
  • observing warnings and product limitations;
  • using the product only for its intended purpose;
  • using suitable protective equipment;
  • ensuring correct assembly, charging, installation, operation, storage, and maintenance;
  • keeping products away from children where appropriate;
  • obtaining professional installation or advice where reasonably required;
  • complying with local laws and safety standards.

Products involving tools, batteries, electricity, solar equipment, machinery, structural loads, vehicles, optical equipment, or outdoor activities may require specialist knowledge.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, unsafe use, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, or use outside stated specifications, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Electrical and Regulated Products

Electrical, radio, battery, solar, optical, surveillance-related, vehicle-related, and other regulated products may be subject to destination-specific laws, certifications, installation requirements, or restrictions.

The availability of a product on the website does not guarantee that it is suitable or approved for every country, installation, profession, or application.

We will not knowingly misrepresent a product’s certification or intended market. Customers should contact us before purchase where destination-specific compliance is important.

14. Accounts

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information;
  • keeping login details secure;
  • activity conducted through your account;
  • notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, security interference, or material breach of these terms.

15. Reviews and User Content

Where you submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and publish that content for operating, improving, and promoting OZSHED and associated brands.

You must not submit content that is:

  • false or misleading;
  • unlawful;
  • defamatory;
  • abusive or discriminatory;
  • infringing;
  • malicious;
  • unrelated spam;
  • submitted without the necessary rights or permission.

We may moderate or remove user content where reasonably necessary.

16. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including trademarks, branding, text, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, and layouts, are owned by or licensed to us.

You may use the website for personal shopping and information purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party payment, login, analytics, social media, logistics, advertising, and other services.

We do not control independent third-party services and are not responsible for their separate terms, availability, security, or privacy practices.

18. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • use the website unlawfully;
  • place fraudulent orders;
  • interfere with website operation or security;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;
  • attempt unauthorized access;
  • scrape or harvest data without permission;
  • impersonate another person;
  • misuse our trademarks or branding;
  • submit false information;
  • infringe another person’s rights.

19. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may suspend, update, restrict, or discontinue part of the website for maintenance, security, technical, commercial, or legal reasons.

20. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies liability, consumer guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

21. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters;
  • severe weather;
  • war or civil unrest;
  • government action;
  • customs action;
  • epidemics;
  • transport disruption;
  • industrial action;
  • power or network failure;
  • cyber incidents;
  • supplier interruption.

This section does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Governing Law

These terms are generally governed by the laws applicable to Beijing Qiqi Technology Co., Ltd., subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer.

For Australian consumers, nothing in these terms removes protections available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Any dispute should first be submitted to us in writing so that both parties can attempt to resolve it in good faith.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The updated version will be published with a revised effective date.

Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen under an accepted order.
